Prospective Buyers: Checklist of documents you need to read before buying. Available by request at various costs. The seller's agent should contact the Treasurer.

• 24 months of strata council meetings, annual general meetings, special general meetings, extraordinary meetings and any meetings of the executive members
• Completed Form B Information Certificate
• Completed Form F Certificate of Payment
• Current By-laws and Rules (if any)
• Current Budget and Financial Report
• Disclosure Statement: Our Disclosure Statement dated Jun 23, 2004 (amended Dec 13, 2004 and Mar 2, 2005)
• Registered Strata Plan, any amendments, and any resolutions dealing with changes to the common property
